| The Otto Series |

| Otto was the first series of furniture that I designed. It is my interpretation of the mission style. My intent was to lighten the look some by adding more curves, decreasing the heft of some of the parts, and using species like cherry and walnut rather than the more traditional oak. I named the series Otto, after my Grandfather who immigrated to this country from Germany in the early part of the 20th century, when the Mission/Arts and Crafts movement was at its height. |
