Pricing: We make every effort to keep our prices current. However, there is always the chance that a price may not be accurate. Please contact us to confirm pricing.
How to Order: To place an order, please call us at (304) 824-5916.
Payments: Upon confirmation of your order, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance (including applicable taxes and shipping) must be paid prior to shipment. We accept cash or check.
Arrival Time: We make each piece of furniture as it is ordered. Our average construction time is 12 weeks. Shipping times may vary from 1 to 4 weeks. Although we make every attempt to complete orders in the time frame provided, we are a small business and there are times when circumstances beyond our control may cause your order to take longer than anticipated. Therefore, we can make no guarantee that your order will be completed by a particular date. We are sure you will consider your furniture worth the wait.
Custom Designs: Custom orders are welcome. If a drawing is required, a $250 design fee will be charged and credited to your order. Custom orders may require additional time and cost.
Delivery: Our preferred method of shipping is via a blanket wrap shipper. These movers specialize in handmade furniture and see to the wrapping, delivery, and set up of your order. The cost of this service runs 12% of the price of your furniture with a minimum charge of $550.00. On smaller orders, we crate your furniture in a wooden crate.
Lifetime Guarantee: Our furniture is guaranteed against any craftsmanship or material defects for a lifetime. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect.
Finish and Maintenance: The finish on your furniture is a combination of tung oil and urethane varnish, specifically Deft Danish oil. We recommend cleaning your furniture with a slightly dampened cotton cloth. For added sheen, a good quality paste wax may be used. Small scratches may be removed by rubbing with #0000 steel wool and applying some tung oil finish.
